- Criminal Law News (4/15/08). In a highly publicized case, Livesay & Myers criminal defense attorney Ghislaine Storr Burks represented a woman in Lynchburg, Virginia who had been convicted (with a different attorney) in 2006 for manslaughter in the death of her husband. - New Offices (2/9/08). Livesay & Myers continues to expand to better meet the needs of its clients. The firm relocated its Fredericksburg office to a larger building, at 308 Wolfe Street in Downtown Fredericksburg, on July 18, 2008.

- Updated (7/18/08). Livesay & Myers has relocated its Fredericksburg office to a new building, at 308 Wolfe Street in Downtown Fredericksburg. The large new building, next door to the Post Office and within walking distance from each of Fredericksburg's Downtown courts, will be open for business on July 21, 2008.
