Attorney Ben Carafiol practices exclusively Family Law, including Divorce, Custody and Visitation and Military Divorce, at Livesay & Myers, P.C.

Mr. Carafiol is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association, American Bar Association and Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.

Mr. Carafiol is a graduate of the highly rated Wake Forest University School of Law, where he made the competitive Wake Forest Law Review. Prior to that, he graduated cum laude from the prestigious College of William & Mary, receiving several honors, including: the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship, Second Congressional District, Missouri; Monroe Scholar, The College of William and Mary; Pi Sigma Alpha, The National Political Science Honor Society; and the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Ben Carafiol resides with his wife in Dumfries, Virginia, and works primarily out of the firm's Fredericksburg office.
